Help for starting a MLM Business?

I had planned to start a MLM business with an existing product of a company. Is it legal? Though I had planned to purchase the product by paying full amont, is there any need to get permission from that company. Also, please guide me with the formalities for starting a MLM business.

1. There is a lot that goes into a business. I do not think that it can be explained in one short answer. The easiest way would be to join with the company and just use their model. If you are good or have gone through their training then you can start your own. You should do more research if you want to go on your own. Again, with MLM, the best way is to just jump into it. 3. In this economy any extra business income is not only welcomed but almost needed. MLM's are viable yet they may take litterally years to develop.
