- tradional have more of a rep mlm dont
- Unlike traditional business MLM (Multi Level Marketing), is to some extent a ponzi scheme. I relies on people hiring several other people who hire several people etc. etc. so its the same as affiliates on pay to click sites. The early people in the scheme do well, but later on it becomes more difficult to recruit and keep the people you have under you. Many people seem to think this started with the internet but there were many fabous MLM schemes back in the 60's and 70's probably the most well known was Golden Products who were selling Miracle detergents and cleaners. Eventually many people lost a lot of money.
- disagree with Clive H answer HE is confusing MLM with pyramid and ponzi schemes a TRUE MLM is where you get others under you that also can branch out on thier own and equal you or pass you in monthly eraning's IT is not based on sales of products where people buy one time an MLM provides residual growing income NO matter when YOU join however the ones who started two years ago are way ahead of YOU still they will have training and the simple system for succes in place TO make sure YOU make $$ and in time 6 months to a year YOU will have that $5000 a month income !
