learning about affiliate marketing?

Can anyone tell me please which forum or information site would be best to learn about affiliate marketing more in depth? I have bought several things over the last couple of years and besides the confusion i just need guidance and people that will actually help me rather than give me ambiguous answers to my silly questions. Thank you in advance Thank you everyone who responded i really appreciate it. There is so much to learn and it constantly changes which is worse. I like tims idea of give up and have a beer, but i do like to have a chat so i will enter the forums that have been suggested. 1. The most important think about Affiliate Marketing is giving bonus information with the product that you are selling. Example: if you go to ClickBank and sign-up for a program like everyone else, what gives you the edge is this. Attach a report to the product that gives them some cool information. Sometimes u can send them information in the form of an e-book as gifts. Research have shown that after regular 8-10 interesting e-mails u make a dent in brain/heart of reader.So writing skills r necessary, specially head-line sd be so catchy that reader opens ur mail. A e-mail list of hot would be buyers of ur niche is must.The list is ur goldmine & u have to nurture each one of them. U must purchase good guides explaining e-marketing, but beware it should offer a money-back-guarantee. One must always purchase thru' reputed sellers like CLICKBANK & must pay thru PAYPALBecause paypal keeps funds of sellers for45 days.They refund the money within 24 hours to buyers whosoever claim it back within dispute-redressel period which is 45 days. 4. I agree that the Warrior Forum is worth checking out for plenty of free information. You can get more then enough info for free there to get you going. The biggest danger is you'll get bogged down with information overload, so watch for that. Find something that sounds good and then go take action.
