What is the best Contact Management software on the market?

1. Virtual Filing Cabinet is by far the best contact management solution on the market. It is the only software solution I've seen thus far that integrates contact management, email management, document management, document collaboration, telephony, skype, fax management, calendar, notes, voice recording and more. It's unreal!! It is also fully integrated with Outlook so you can import all your contacts and emails from Outlook. Imagine you click on a contact and you can then access all the emails, documents, faxes, voice recordings, notes and calendar events associated to them. He he, find me a software that does that :). 2. I agree, Virtual Filing Cabinet is by far the best value. We use it to manage everything in our office and especially like the document management and collaboration functionality, which includes check-in/out and versioning control. Now, we share and collaborate on work all the time and have finally invested in a solution that our company uses.
3. I personally use ACT. However, it doesn't give me all the functionality that Virtual Filing Cabinet has.
