2. Mlm is multi level marketing. means you join and get money from sellling products but you also get money from say 2 others to join. You get money when they join and a % of what they sell. The differnnce is you need to know what product you are selling. If they don't have a product and you just get money to refer people it will collapse but if you refer people to buy a product it might be ok.
