What are the pros and cons of Network Marketing?

I would like some input on Network Marketing. I've decided to try this new route in business and see where it takes me. I would like to know if anyone knows anything about Network Marketing and is it beneficial or a waste of time?

1. You will get many different answers on this topic, some who believe it is great and some who believe it is a scam a pyramid scheme! Well I am in Network Marketing, and if you think about it, we network market every day. You are constantly telling your friends and family about a restuarant you ate at, or a movie you saw, etc...but you don't get paid for that.
