Software Marketing Business?

Hi there, I am a recent MSc in Marketing graduate from UK and originally from Asian country. I want to set up a software marketing business in the UK. Some Asian countries such as Pakistan, India and China are hot spots of cheaper software developments while the same services are very expensive in UK.There are different types of business such web site developements, e-commerce, e-business, I T outsourcing, Software developement outsourcing, software testing and research. Please give me some guidelines if You have any knowledge or experiences of this market and business. Thanks Thanks

1. well dont know much , but i think there is already alot of competition as most companies do develeopment in bulgaria and romania , whose cost is similar to india and have the added advantage of european union, I personally think china is a bit cheaper than india and till some extent pakistan but becuase there is a huge language barrier that why its not very easy , marketing software while doing developement in small b cities like dehradun and merut is more cheaper than metropolies but talent supply is going to be an issue, in the end I would suggest you to have an extremely different product , as for most normal software. the develepors have already acheived critical mass needed to acheive low cost...
