do you think the company i work for is on the brink of failure based on this?

I just got hired in, but it's not looking too good here. 1. So far, there have been 2 fist-fights in our office - and these are "professional, white collar employees" with college degrees 2. Our key salesmen sit around all day playing solitare on their computers and are trying to get me and others to join their stupid cheesy Multi-Level-Marketing network. 3. Our company really only has one customer. Also, this is a good sized company, not just a little mom and pop shop. Hundreds of employees, with sites in several countries. SHOULD I START LOOKING FOR A NEW JOB??? Is this ship sinking?

1. Maybe not start looking but I would keep my resume ready to go. In any case it does sound like a crap company. Job market sucks now, do what you are asked and keep your head down.
2. it does not sound hopeful. I'd be looking for a new job.
