What are the best eco-friendly & synthetic-free body soaps?

I've been synthetic-free for 1 year and I've been using the AGNO olive oil soap from Mother's Market as it is 50 cents per bar and rated pretty highly on all green forums & is marketed as completely natural. However, the company just replied to my inquiry and told me that their scents are SYNTHETIC FRAGRANCES from a company called VIORYL SA, which raises questions of phthalates and other toxins. I just need an affordable, safe soap...any suggestions or does anyone know any more about this fragrance supplier? Agno says it is the safest fragrance manufacturer in the world yet I can't find them online. The Body Shop uses a TON of synthetics unforunately, I had to toss a bunch of them when I found parabens in them (chemicals found in 99% of estrogen tumors, aka breast cancer). LUSH contains Sodium Lauryl Sulfate which kills aquatic life. :-( Poor fishies... any other suggestions? I might have to get the book "Dying to Look Good" out to see recommendations, there are some good ones in there. Just I don't know anyone who has tried them...

2. good for you! the body shop is eco-friendly, they don't test on animals, and i'm pretty sure they don't use synthetics.
