Is it legal or ethical to shave my business name and number into neighborhood cats for marketing?

I mean the stray cats not people's pets and stuff.

  1. I think you shouldn't. Someone could report you for it.
  2. Hardly cost effective.
  3. Dogs would provide more square footage.
  4. Hmm... If you don't otherwise hurt them you'd think it's not animal abuse, although not everyone would agree with that. It's risky, but you might get away with legally. I'm pretty sure it's not ethical to exploit an animal for your own profit.
  5. 1- I don't "think" that's legal. 2- That's definitely not ethical. Great potential for that idea backfiring when people become appalled, and animal rights activist are most definitely not going to be amused and can be quite influential in helping to see that nobody ever endorses your business again. I hope you were just kidding. That's really a horrible idea.
  6. good lick in catching a stray cat, they will scratch your eyes out, maybe that's a good thing though, dumb ass!!
  7. Yes, as long as you don't film it. Animals don't actually have rights in the constitution, because they are less than us. However, it may be wise to "stray" away from their anus, despite the temptation to use it as an "O" or a zero for wrap-around text. Often feral felines have impetigo and other communicable skin funguses which will cause problems when you put your fingers in your mouth afterwards.
