what is in more demand cisco certified network engineer or software engineer?

hello all what is more demand in now market: certifed cisco network engineer(ccna ,ccnp ,ccvp) or software engineer . i like both but i want to do which is more in demand and get more money. note: IN CANADA AND USA thanks

1. Both are in high demand but I would say CCNE. Regarding wich pay more it depends. One thing to clarify CCNE is a Certification while for Software Engineer it is not and with a college degree you can be a Software Engineer. In addition both career fields are different you should consider which want you like more because CCNE (networking is more hardware oriented while SE is more software oriented.
