how to avoid desi Network marketer?

Hi these days everywhere I go I see network marketers roaming around, be it market basket or shopping mall. they just stop to say hi then start asking all the details. Sometime they become very rude when I try to avoid them politely. I mean why they need to ask all the details in the first "HI"? Is there a way to report these harassment like it was done for telephone marketers.and now they can not call anyone and everyone.
