is there any good free or commercial website translation tool?

a month ago I ordered a site for my agency. I ordered the site in three languages but was given only two. and marketing manager requires about ten. is it possible to find a program or an application or may be some tool for automatic translation of my site?

1. google has translation on there website if i am not mistaken. Search the site you are looking for through google and once you get the link see if you can run the google translator.
