Help me decide which job to take?

I know....boo hoo what a dilemma huh? I've been offered 2 different jobs and I'm trying to decide which one will be the best for me. 1st offer: 20 minute drive It's a sales type job and they offer no bonuses, paid hourly company seems cheap (doesn't want to spend money) new staff and nobody will know what they are doing new computer system, that nobody knows office is nice - not impressive really more casual atmosphere (dress and attitude wise) i will share an office with an associate requires mandatory marketing (cold calling etc) 2nd offer: An hour drive Company seems good - rewards etc. Offers a good bonus structure long time staff who knows their jobs well nicer newer office very impressive i will have completely my own workspace attitudes seem a little uptight, more professional (maybe even a bit snobby) very professional attire required they give a clothing allowance good location for lots of walk in customers I do not know what either company offers for health ins. Please help me decide..... **Don't forget that 2nd job offer is an hour drive one way

2. I would say the second one. Your time and gas to get there will be payed for by bonuses in the end and for jobs in the future it will look much better.
3. I'd take the second one, even if it's an hour drive and the people may be snobby. And with this economy, you're gonna need more money.
