  4. Did you participate in any lottery like that? No, of course not. It's the oldest scam in the book. You can claim your prize, but first you need to pay some money for an official document, which you happily pay, since, hey, several million is coming your way soon anyway. this goes on and on, till you gave them all your money

  8. Best case scenario, you never see that money again. Worst case scenario, you're arrested for channeling illegal money.
  9. One must admire the perseverance of these scamsters who never give up.Wonderful optimism.But then,it has truly been said "There is a s u c k e r born every minute". Why don't you ask them to deduct the C O T from the proceeds of your winnings and remit the balance?Sorry,I hadn't read the full communication from the sender.The smarty pants has cleverly provided for the contingency I had suggested.
