is mlm business halal or haram view of islam?

i am a distrubuter of a mlm company in bangladesh some mufti of bangladesh are saying that mlm business is haram.now i want to know that if mlm business is haram why it is haram?

6. Look in the real world. Decode this lyrics " You'll see " "Wonderful world" "Geronimo Cadillac" Who were mostly members of mlm ? If they were haram? Then why are they so active in it? From health food to cosmetic too? Even produce by the community themselves with halal label? But those produce by tribes of different community is haram?
