What do think the best way to market a product/software to Law Firms are?

I am looking to start a software company for Law Firms. I am trying to put together a marketing plan...other than cold calling Law Firms one by one...that would truly allow me to reach out and touch law firms Nationwide. I would also hire a PR / Marketing company that specifically caters in this - however, I cannot find 1 company on the internet that specifically markets to Law Firms. Can someone please help me...thanks!

1. If you are interested in saving some money you can do the marketing yourself. We have a list of attorneys and lawyers nationwide and includes address, phone and email address as well as what school they graduated from and their practice specialty.
