Is it legal for a 15 year old to be soliciting internet marketing, get rich quick type stuff?

Aren't there contract laws, etc. with regard to kids under the age of 18?

1. A contract signed by a 15 year old is not automatically illegal. But it is voidable by the minor at any time prior to his 18th birthday. So it is not wise to enter into a contract with him. If the "get rich" scheme was a scam designed to defraud the public, it is a crime and the age of the solicitor does not alter that fact.
