how to do proposed network diagram?

i need to draw a diagram for 2 employees in a new office, need to make for network diagram. the employees will need to access emails, writing reports and tabulating monthly expense, searching potential customers by using the Internet, printing of marketing materials for distribution to customers, printing management reports, backup of data and ensure the company is secured from a virus attacks. so, need to draw a diagram for network... Besides, need to put recommendation of desktop or notebook configuration.. without recommend the brand,, but the software or hardware. thank you so much! i really need help!!
