What should I minor in?

I am a Nutritional Science major (Food Service Administration) and am minoring in Environmental and Business Economics (my school is environmentally-based, so I can't minor in just business). I need a double minor, however, to achieve my full amount of credits by graduation. Any ideas? I was thinking Food Science, but I thought that might be a little bit redundant. Unfortunately, my school does not offer minors in management or marketing, which would be really helpful as I want to hopefully work for a healthy food production company (such as Kashi). Any ideas as to what I should do? I go to Rutgers, so if it helps, here is the list of minors for my specific school at RU: http://catalogs.rutgers.edu/generated/nb-ug_current/pg21089.html Take a look and let me know what you think! Thanks so much! Chem is not an option, haha. Thanks for the suggestion, though!

  1. Chemistry, its sooo fun
  2. maybe something you find fun? Since your major and minor are very career-minded, maybe you would like to minor in something you have always found interesting/fun. Also majoring in a language like Spanish is common and bodes well for you.
  3. Education seems like the best choice for a second minor. It's too bad your school doesn't offer communication or marketing. Also, why not double major? No minor required.
