What could work better on Taleo - Talent Management Solutions?!?

Taleo (NASDAQ: TLEO), the leading provider of on-demand talent management software, is recognized as revenue and market share leader in Talent Management Systems. I was wondering if users of Taleo from back-end as well as candidates have any ideas on how to further improve this solution.

1. As an HRMS consultant who works with Fortune 500 companies, I don't believe that Taleo is the leading talent mgmt system. I think icisms is. Much easier to implement, much easier to use, and much less expensive with the same level of robustness.
