What are criteria you use to choose MLM company to do in India (Bumbai) or US (LA)?

Currently, we are working in network marketing area for a new and very good company which are going to open new branch in India (Bumbai) with in 1-2 month and US (LA) at the end of this year . And our team are also going to expand a team to India (Bumbai) and US (LA). Thus, we would like to get the information how the local people expect. Information about the company: The company was founded only 4 years in Thailand (H.O) and already had branches in Japan and Cambodia. During 4 years, the company are able to reach 1 of Top 5 MLM in Thailand which expected to meeting No.1 MLM in Thailand this year (2010) and expected to reach 1 of Top 10 MLM in the World. The company's marketing plan are emphasize on building consumer network instead of distributor/selling agent with an easy to understand (duo liner plan) and provide high bonus rate.

2. MLM will only work if you have a product that sells. Otherwise, don't bother doing it.
