what is procedure for registration of marketing company in india for medicine ?

i have a wholesale licence for medicine.and i am interested in marketing of my own product which will be manufactured from another company...and i want those products to be my own brand and want to do marketing of those products in 5 states of india.so..for that does this require any specific licence? if it does then please tell me....also if yes then will i be able to use the same licence for all states for marketing...?
