Best email marketing software?

I want email marketing software (not a service) to use to send emails to our 5,000 weekly subscribers from our own mail server. I'm tired of constant contact, or streamsend or others, which charge reoccurring fees and have poor deliverability rates. Do you have experience with email marketing software and which are the best?
