What business idea is better?

Hi. I would like to start my own company. I have two ideas, but I'm not sure which I should choose. I would like to make six or more figures a year. 1. I would start an Internet asset firm. It would be a firm which buys and builds cheep websites, fixes them up by adding stuff (marketing, ads, content, design, etc.), and then selling them for profit after 6 months. Since you can sell a website for 3-5 times the yearly revenue amount, it should be easy to make six figures since i have a lot of internet marketing experience. To make six figures, I would have to sell a website for 50k after six months meaning, I would have to make a website that makes 10k annually (10 times 5 is 50), meaning in those six months, my site would have to make 5k. That should be easy, since some people can make basic sites that make 10k in a month. After six months, i would sell my site for 50k. And in the last six months of the year, i would do the same thing. Also, i am still making money 24/7 since the revenue from the sites is going to me. So during those six months, the sites are still making me money. People already do this, it is called website flipping. 2. I would start a website like Linkedin, but with a focus on creating a more realistic experience. I am being quoted $800 for a very nice script. I would make money by having a free level and a pro level. I would also make money by having employers pay me to list their job openings. I would also make money from ads. Which company should I start?

YUP your way behind the times and up against stiff competition that has something YOU do NOT M O N E Y and i'm talking about MILLIONS of dollars excatly in that area YOUR looking into and how many people have $50,000 to buy a website ? NOW heres an idea a multi page website can be created for about $2000 with shopping cart , contact forms and all he other stuff and i seen ugly ones make 1000's of $$$ and the pretty ones with flash movies and all the bells and whistles fail and dissapear LINKEDIN is socail network NOT a website HERES an idea YOU can try already beeing done but make it easier for people to earn more money a social network that pays people for interacting YOU get advertisers to show thier ads on your network and you take 10% of that money and share 90% with YOUR users members just for interactng with each other by posting comments on each others pages and sharing photos and videos and whatever they can especially the advertisers websites have them rate them and use a share button to share with thier e mail conatacts and other social networks
3. I'm not sure where you came up with the "3-5 times the yearly revenue", but I'm assuming that came from someone selling a website flipping course. Honestly, if you really are a good internet marketer then you should be able to make more with affiliate marketing or selling marketing services than website flipping. I wouldn't bother with the Linkedin type website. People are already social networked to death and unless I had huge captial reserves I wouldn't want to go up against any of the big guys.
