Can I get a booth at a job fair if I am recruiting for independant reps for the a network marketing business?

Fantastic opportunity.. but Network Marketing is unconventional so it gets a bad rap... But I think the Unemployed and College students would ROCK at this!

  1. sure, but it's going to cost a lot of money to rent that booth
  2. You must find out from show management if they will allow a performance based business opportunity at their show. Most job fairs are traditional in nature and want salaried positions only. Don't sign up for a booth until you have found that out. If it's OK then you need to find out if they provide electric in case you want to show a DVD or something like that. Find out what the track record is for the show, how many do they expect to attend, who are their main exhibitors. Plan a display that will attract your kind of people. You job at the booth is to gather names and contact information NOT to present the business. You must be on your feet greeting people and have a way for them to give their info. I have to agree with you about college students and the unemployed. They would be great if the can see the vision and have enough money to get started. Good luck, RICK
