Straightforward Content Management Software (for video oriented site):?

I am looking for suggestions on the best Content Management Software (CMS) on the market and the more cost-effective softwares, that are incredibly straightforward and user friendly. I have experience in HTML/php and can build a website without many problems. I am looking to build a website that would host videos. I would like to be able to post content on pre-designed pages (that have already been made by others and me) without having to learning a variety of new and complex code to be able to format the video on the page. I have been trying to learn how to do this the hard way and as a college student I do not have enough time to learn all this new complex code. So I'd like a, to put it bluntly, idiot-proof software that will do this for me. This can be as simple as possible, as others with limited experience in coding or web-design will be updating the site. I would also like a software that could help me make the videos accessible to only certain users. Any ideas on software would be very helpful! Thank you!

1. You can use joomla. now it is most convenient and widely used as cms.
