Is it legal to sell Ipod cases and accessories online?

So the question is sort of self explanatory but I was thinking of setting up an online store selling Ipod accessories etc. and was wondering if it's legal or if if Apple would 'get me' for it? :/ If it is legal, where am I allowed to get them from, for example could I get them off the market then sell them on my website? Or can i buy them from a shop or other website then re-sell them? I live in the Uk so what are the rules over here rather than in America or wherever?

It is perfectly legal, so long as you don't infringe on Apple's trademarks: for example, selling an accessory that has an Apple logo or claims to be an official Apple product, when in reality it's not approved by Apple. The main significant difference between selling them here, versus selling them in America, is that you will need to comply with British tax laws rather than American ones (as well as British consumer law, etc.) There are government-sponsored programmes that exist to help people set up businesses, and you may be able to get free legal advice (assuming Cameron hasn't done away with these programmes in his idiotic cuts package).
