I have a great idea for a business plan educational software but don't know where to start.?

I am looking for investors or a business partner who has programming skills to help me design this fantastic idea I have for business educational software programme. It is unlike anything else out there and would take the way business plans are done into a new era. Schools would use it for educational purposes. Banks I'm sure would base their decisions around it. Could even be set up as a niche social networking site.. I have no experience with programming or internet marketing hence why I am here asking for help. It could be the next big idea. A bit of a bold statement I know but there's something a bit special about this just need help to make it come to life

1. Money and ideas talk so you need to raise capital to make your dream into reality. That means borrowing money from friends and family or having employees put up the money. You should put up part of the money since your the founder. Sounds like you have an idea that hasn't come to fruition and at the starting phase. Second you need employees that means using Craigslist or job boards to hire the best people. Look at Inc website for guidance. Look at Indinero's CEO talk about starting her company with just an idea and finding a Venture Capital that guide her with classes at UC Berkeley. Good luck!
