what are the chances for getting into a TOP b school with amazing work ex and a great GMAT score?

i went to IIT, but never finished (left it with 3courses to finish), i have been working in a start up, where i help create a complete distribution network n I handle marketing for the whole western region of India. Here i created a turnover of more than50crores within a span of 2 years n made the company grow from Not to the market leader in its product n am currently overlooking expansion plans for the same company. I plan to work for 2-3 more years and by then we would be a public listed company and i would be running the complete marketing show for the same firm. What are the chances of me getting into a TOP B school so that i can make up for my screwed up bachelors.

  1. With only a few exceptions, most graduate business schools require you to possess a bachelors degree (undergrad)...In the US, it is my understanding that 100% of schools require you to hold an undergradate degree...If your only 3 courses away, go ahead and complete those, THEN get a top GMAT score, and with your work experience I think you'd have a good chance (assuming you have a 90+ percentile GMAT)... The problem isn't necessariliy your work experience, and of course a top GMAT will make you competitive, its the fact that you need to finish your undergraduate education first...If your truly "material" for top MBA programs, surely you can finish those last few classes.
