2. There are many techniques you can use for getting leads. One thing I would not advise is going after your family and friends, at least not early on. It can be seen as a sign of desperation and it's an awkward thing to talk about. Once you are successful from other methods, than your warm market will be easier to approach. Now for launching and getting leads, there's a few things you can do. Write articles about the content of magnetic sponsoring (like articles on attraction marketing and branding, I know a little of what magnetic sponsoring is about) and submit them to article directories like EzineArticles and GoArticles. You can also join forums and build relationships with people and eventually market to them. With any business, network marketing or not, it is a process that takes time, patience, and dedication. I hear magnetic sponsoring is pretty good so you should fair pretty well, but still, the MLM training market is ridiculously saturated and no matter how good the product is, it's going to be hard to recruit for it. The possibility is still there because it's a good product, but like I said, there's no ignoring the saturation factor.
