1. I think none........as no company out perform Microsoft!
2. I am not certain, but I would assume it is stil Amway, or as they now call themselves Quixtar. They have been around a long, long, time and are very large.
3. Actually MLM and Direct Marketing are two different things. But if you look at the Inc, 500 list you will find what you are looking for. Jennifer
