What do I need to do to become better at marketing and networking?

I currently have a ba in psychology. I am thinking about either gaining a masters that deals with psychology or a related field, or getting a ba in marketing in order to create diversity with my resume and job opportunities. My ultimate goal is success and a career with a 50+ salary. Your thoughts?

1. I have a Master of Business Administration in Marketing, it's not the degree that gets you success, it's your drive. Marketing is a very self-start career. You either have the skill or you don't, you can't learn it in school. I recommend finding a job where you can network at a trade show for an industry that interests you. Cheaper than a new degree, and more fun than 3 more years of school.
