What can you expect to earn as a Sales/Lettings negotiator in this market?

I got offered a job as a sales/lettings negotiator at the company YOUR MOVE. I'll be doing both sales and lettings but in this current market how much can you realistically expect to earn in a year? I am new so im not a professional in this sector. Im based in southeast area - eltham area. Is that any good?
