Could this person be a scam artist?

They relentlessly kept calling me over a period of time until I finally responded. Once I did they tried to get me on a training call to teach me how to make thousands of dollars a week, and wanted to know how many people I wanted to bring with me on the call. The person seemed to be a network marketing trainer of some kind, but my business has nothing to do with network marketing or mlm it’s merely me working alone selling products and services. Reading from a script (it seems) the person kept talking about network marketing and how they could make me a better networker and a better person paying no attention to the fact that I repeatedly stated that I was not involved in network marketing and work alone selling products for commissions. When I ended the call the person called back later leaving a message basically calling me a coward and a candy ass for not taking “life changing action.” Could this person have been legit or just looking to make a quick buck? I find it really fishy that they would continually call me in spite of my not being involved in network marketing as opposed to targeting others who are involved.

  1. I believe thats deffinatily a scam. Things have been reported like that to others. Anyone who calls you saying you can make thousands a week is scamming you. When you receive these calls a red flag should immediatly go up in your head. the saying is if it sounds to good to be true than it probablly is
  2. Most definitely a scam, if I were you, I wouldn't get involved in anything to do with this "business"
  3. HANGIN' UP ON A JERK IS NOT HARD.
  4. Network marketing is a barely legal version of a pyramid scheme. Take your money and run!
