2. There are many reputable companies which use network marketing as their method of marketing and distribution. There is a company that seems to have a definite advantage when it comes to building a residual income of $10,000 per month on just 400 associates and/or customers with 100 point autoship. 5. Choosing the company which you believe is the best compensation plan will not determine your success in the MLM industry. You have to join a company that you believe in and you are passionate about promoting. Personally I don't like comp plans that are too fancy. Just a straight binary plan works fine for me. It's less complicated and you don't need all these requirements to get paid. Stay away from anything with a forced matrix plan because this will just make people lazy and expect their upline to give them spillover from there efforts. It never works like this. Too many companies try to wow you with their comp plans and don't spend enough on training affiliates and making people successful. I really enjoy GDI's comp plan. Sadly, most MLMers don't understand their comp. plans and aren't able to figure out how many people they need in their downline to reach a certain level of income. Most comp. plans are not designed for the part time marketer, which many of us are. While it is important, you shouldn't place all of the emphasis on the compensation plan. If you find that, you WILL most likely also find an excellent comp. plan. Make sure to exercise due diligence when you are researching any home based business opportunity. That way you can have the same success the experts have. 5) Timing is the most important aspect of an opportunity. The timing has to be right for the company. 10. There are many things that you want to consider. What kind of product are you looking to promote? What are the companies policies and how do they restrict you? How are you going to get these people into your business? You can have the best compensation in the world but if you can't get anyone to join, then it doesn't matter. Or, if you can get people to join but they hate the product and quit, then you are at a loss cause. I did a review of a bunch of companies. I have links to the comp plans if you want to check them out. I am involved with a company that has a comp plan like most. I really like it because I get paid $10 for every one of the product that is sold. This is if they are a distributor or a customer. Then there also is the residual from the downline. I was in USANA and in order for me to get $100 (lowest amount they paid), I had to have $1000 of volume in my downline, $500 on each side. With this one, if I have 1 person, I make money.
