Can anyone tell me some successful strategies and tactics for choosing and marketing a MLM business.?

My goal is to have two other streams of income from home businesses by end of year. Not so much looking for product or service idea, but stories from the trenches from people who who have had various degrees of success in launching a multilevel marketing company.

1. There are literally thousands of 'opportunities' it is a matter of finding something that you are comfortable with. Make sure that you do your homework, and find something that is reputable. There are things out there which are really difficult to promote. Good luck!
2. Pax, For me being successful has been asking lots of questions (like yourself) before you go in to it. What do you get for your start up costs?? Also ask people first hand about their success. (I have met them personally and can speak to them any time daily) Love the product. If you can speak personally from experience about the products and what it's done for you - people will enjoy that. Never push - follow up gently and grow thick skin. Hopefully you have your family/friends support your initial phase, have patience - and it will pay off.
3. First I suggest just one business at a time so you can have a laser focus instead of a flashlight focus. The sources below will give you criteria on what to look for in a MLM. Just ensure you do your homework before you make a decision. Good Luck!!
