Best way to market affiliate program????

I'm involved w/ an affiliate program, the product is solid, and the potential for growth is enormous! My question, for expierenced online marketers, is, what's the best way to advertise and create not only a large downline, but a productive one. In other words, 200 people in my downline would be great, but 10 extremely productive ppl would probaly be more profitable. Any advice???

1. Depends on what you are trying to market there are many ways to promote an affiliate program. The most targeted way would be to do PPC (pay-per-click) advertising. As only people searching for your product will find it with this method. It may become costly though if you are not targeting the right people. SEO search engine optimization is also targeted though it takes a bit more work and time. The plus part is that it is free. 2. It will depend on what type of products and your target audience. You could try out online methods. I have happened to come across the link below. It covers things like promoting any product effectively, bring traffic to your site in droves and how to maximize your marketing efforts so you aren't wasting your time. 5. If you are serious I would go or pay per click ( google / yahoo adverts ). Another option is holding live presentations. Think this is very powerfull. See example http://www.wdpowerline.com/golive.htm

The best and easiest way to market your affiliate program is by going to several websites/blogs/forums related to affiliated programs and leaving your comments followed by a link of your website/blog....that would drive some traffic to your website and then you can work on some SEO technics so that whenever people do a search on any search engine then they can see your website/blog/program on the top or atleast on the first page.....
