Has anyone successfully made and continue to make any $ in an Affiliate Program? Is it just another scam or no

Just wondering how to make $ online, aside from e-bay and online trading. Seems like Affiliate Marketing seems promising in making $ automatically once everything is set up and going. I was just wondering if anyone has been doing it for a living?

  1. There are websites that have no real content and just display ad's from places like Googles Adsense. I know people who have bought these sites ready made as a source of income.
  2. To make money as an affiliate requires a lot of time,efforts and patience you will never make money automatically since you need to promote your affiliate site which will require you to learn internet marketing.
  3. Well I work with a company that uses affiliate marketing and network marketing. It would be silly to say that affiliate marketing is a scam. Scroll to the bottom of any major website and there will be a little link that says "become an affiliate". Affiliate marketing pays on performance and saves companies millions of dollars in advertising alone. Your job is to be aware of what it takes for an affiliate marketing or network marketing company to be successful. That way when looking at a company you can make a legitimate assessment of whether that company is a good option for you. I say this because the average Joe will ask his poor friend/neighbor/relative for financial advice rather than educating themselves.   6. people do make money but you needs good affilate product that wannabe buyers would trust and it seems like it is kind of hard to get. to be safest in doing affiliate marketing try the free advertising methods first to get the idea whether the product has good conversion rate. you could do it using article marketing. i know it is hard to write but if you want to make money online you need to be an expert in your field so people would trust you. try it first it is free. check my profile for info in doing biz online.
  7. You can make a full-time income as an affiliate marketer but their is a learning curve. You need to do alot of research first.. find out what products and services appeal to online users, which programs offer the best incentives, how to effectively promote those affiliate programs over the Internet, etc. I've been a super affiliate in the online casino industry for over 5 years now, and I'm not a rocket scientist.
