Good sites to create an affiliate marketing solution for my business?

I own an event listing site - usexpos.org, and am looking for a company to set up an affiliate network for us. What affiliate network companies do you like or don't like? Why? Thank you for your help in advance. I am looking for alternatives to CJ.

5. The best I've found yet is myhelphub. They pay everywhere. They pay weekly, monthly, biweekly etc. They pay 50% on commission. Automatic two tier commission. And they pay via paypal.
