How much can I expect to make with affiliate marketing with my food site?

I am about to launch a site that has lots of quick cooking lessons, as well as recipes, product recommendations, secret ingredients, etc. I will of course link to all the online food stores, equipment makers, ebay, etc. My forcast is for several hundred hits a day, but possibly thousands. Can anyone give me an idea of what I can expect? Thanks!
