How can a young retiree at age 54 get a job with a major food and beverage company/ I am a restaurateur.?

I've had no luck with newspapers, monster and other job search engines. A job as a marketing associate would be an ideal job for me. I live in N.W.In.

1. I think the best way is to see the job consultancies. Good relationships with them would really fetch u a nice job. All the 3 jobs of mine are with the help of consultancies n i am doing very well in the current job. More than job sites i prefer the personal visits and relationships. All the best to u.
